Knotty Pine Cottages are located on the Cabot Trail in Ingonish Ferry. Nestled between two mountains, the view is magnificent with cottages overlooking the harbour and ocean.
  • Open year round, you can enjoy swimming, tennis, golfing, hiking, etc. in the summer and downhill and cross-country skiing in the winter.
  • Guided hiking is available on a private hiking trail, approximately a one hour hike.

Knotty Pine consists of 10 cottages with gas BBQs on deck, with sattelite in some of the larger cabins. Private dock where guests can swim or just soak up the sun enjoying the view.

Rates

  • Prices range from $70. to $130. for the cottages
  • One room cottage with two double beds, full bath/shower $70.
  • One room cottage with one double bed, full bath/shower and small kitchenette $70.
  • One bedroom cottage with queen bed in the bedroom, living room with sofa bed, full kitchen, bath and shower. (price based on 2 persons) $90.
  • One bedroom deluxe cottage has a queen bed, double bed and half bath in the bedroom, living room with propane fireplace, full kitchen and the main bath with whirlpool tub. (based on 4 persons.) $130.
  • Two bedroom cottages range in price from $95. - $130., for 4 persons depending on the number of beds and size of the cottage. Some have fireplaces and some have patio doors leading to your deck.

  • Cottages have decks overlooking harbour and ocean
  • A convenience store with laundry facilities is also located on the property.

There is a 48 hour Cancellation Policy.

For reservations of three days or longer there is a one week cancellation policy.

  • As of Aug 1, 2008 there will be a $20 charge per night for all pets.
